I cannot play the fallen empire expansion

Hey there later today I called Support and told them about my problem being a subscriber but still have prefered account and they fixed it, but now I cannot play the Knights of the fallen empire and ...

    Only paid sub counts for accesses to KotFE.

     

    Sadly CS did told you wrong.

My friend did referral as well and he can play the expansion with no problem, you  really sure?

    There is an Promotion for Chapter One, but for anything you need paid Sub.

    There was an long discussion on swtor.com around the Start of KotFE, with an Statement from Eric, didn't found it on short notice.

      Apparently, referral time is not the same as sub time.

      You get *most* of the benefits but not chapters.
