Hello, i cant play the game when i want to start it with the launcher it takes me to the loading screen after few seconds it frezzes and i cant do something only hard restart my computer (press the powerbutton 10 seconds). please help

Take the system to a clean boot per the directions at this link , leave the bitraider services enabled like bitraider mini support service stub loader see if this makes any difference to the freeze
