There are a few possible reasons why this pops up

Did you use the payment method before, if not you Bank might blocking the process.

There might be an error with your Browser, deleting Cookies and clearing Cache or using an different Browser might help.

You could have made an small misstep and then tried too often and now the system is blocking you for an period of Time, normally 24h hours.

So if after 24h wait Time the error persists you could call BW and see if they can sort that out with you.

So I tried to buy the offer myself with two, for Swtor working payment options, and get the same error might be an more general problem.

I will tick CS on it.

Also having the same problem. It's not a bank issue for me. I get the same issue trying to purchase the United Forces 30 Day Premium Pack. I guess EA doesn't want our money. 

For reference, this has been happening for about 12 hours now, on multiple browsers. I click Buy now and get this:

I'm experiencing the same issue!

I'm F2P and trying to subscribe for the first time with the "United Forces 30-Day Premium Pack". I tried the paypal payment but when it comes to the "receipt" part the "Message not found" pops up.

So i tried a new payment method by adding 2 different credit cards and it says "Sorry but can't perform transactions". I checked both cards and they work fine for other payments.

Any advise/help?

Looks like you'll need to give us a call. Usually waiting about 24h between attempts does the trick, but in your case you'll need to call in so we can investigate further.

I have a question sorry for storming your thingy but if I purchase  that bundle that up there  for 20 us is it a one time deal like it wont renew every month  basically I'm asking if there an automatic renewal thanks for  help

@deadpooliownx it's a one time deal and it will not renew once the 30 days are up. It's basically a 30 day gametimecard with some extra stuff on top :D
