You are very lucky the steam purchase went through as the linked ea account was banned over a decade ago
This means that codes will never apply to your swtor account and steam should not of either but you got lucky, you also cannot buy on swtor.com
The banned ea account has the persona: b95e491483f233af and uses a hotmail.com email address
You need to get that linked ea account unbanned to resolve the account issue, if you cant unban that account it maybe best to create a new swtor account longterm

I just link my ea acc to steam so I can play swtor without downloading another launcher and are you sure ? last time I stop playing I didnt remember any ban or anythink. also I play other battlefield and star wars games to I never ever remember any ban I get to steam or anythink.
