I can't Subscribe to SWTOR?

The payment screen just throws the error in the attached image if I press 'change billing method.' Every other button does the same thing. The exp date is good, but the last four of the card are missing. I've been changing emails on EA and SWTOR accounts, changing passwords on both, updating security questions, reinstalling browsers, clearing history, ripping through their support website, calling their support line but never getting an answer, everything I can think of for the last few days and so far I've found nothing except an email address for disputing restrictions put on accounts. They replied basically saying 'there is nothing wrong with your account and you can play the game' so I'm fairly sure they didn't read the email.

Any help out there? Has anyone seen this? Has anyone fixed this?
