    Hey @CrazyWolf3112

    Did you also enter the correct recipient in the message? Usually in-game mails do not just disappear like that. Is the sender's character also on the same server as the recipient's character?
    Once you've done everything and it does not work, you can create a ticket in-game (if you are a subscriber) or write an email to support@swtor.com.

yes it popd out my carecters name and wen i went to him it wasent thre.
i did everything and im preferd so i had to use my 250 CC do get 600k from my escrow and the mask was 450k i think and i sent it so if they can check the logs or something if i did everything coretly

@CrazyWolf3112 If you've sent an email to support, they should be able to investigate what happened. Just to be sure, check all your characters' mailboxes in case it ended up there.
