Did you try to remove it from the launcher or the website? cause I think at the moment the "the lost security key?" is only available on the website
To contact support, you should be able to use VoIP software, I found a thread on how to contact from a different country

So, for some reason the page asking if I lost my security key didn't appeared earlier. I tried again and now showed to me and I removed. Then said it didn't recognize the device and it would send me a one-time password. It take some minutes but came, I entered the password and now this is happening

try a password reset , also brazil players need to do age verification too per
