You will find the 2nd charge listed as pending will disappear on its own, until it changes status nothing can be done further in regards to a pending transaction, hence paypal cant dispute a pending charge either

to discuss any swtor purchase needs to be done through swtor support by phone, but they cant help until that charge changes from pending, and its likely to disappear on its own
