i have subscription but it still says im preferred

Did you quit the game completely and log back in? The game can't update your status as long as you're logged in.

yeah i did. at least 6 times.

I'm just seeing others with a similar issue and I believe it's not something a random other player can help you with. I suggest submitting a ticket to customer support and keeping this topic open for EA to look at. Think something is going wrong with transferring from the free playtime to a sub.

Having this issue too. Unfortunately too late to call them. All day today everything was fine, it must have popped up in the past 2 hours because I was offline. Went to log in just about 15 minutes ago and it now has me at preferred instead of subscriber even though it shows on the account page that I have 28 days left. My bank account was just charged today for the sub ( I subbed during the refer a friend subscription too ) so Im guessing I have to wait awhile before it will bump me back to subscription. This is a pretty weird way too do things though, not real smooth when going from the RAF to regular subscription if it bumps you back down to preferred.

Is there any other way than by phone to Contact Their Costumer support if not its f*cking horrible!
I have the Same Issue as the OP and currently have a sub (recurring) running. I cannot even use any of my characters because they won't even Activate properly.
I also cannot make a Ticket because you HAVE TO BE A SUBSCRIBER!!! whats up with that BS!?
In my opinion you guys had many years to improve your Customer support and its still the same completely useless.
Only options we have is by phone, post on a forum and never getting a reply or contact in-game (if you are subbed) and then they always tell you to go contact costumer support through the phone. 

Handling Account and billing only via phone is ceartanly good for our account ond data safety.

At the Moment, new expac more players than usually etc,they are a littel slower then normal , what could be faster.

But to the problem at hand, for me it sounds as it is related with the login an cartel market bugs at the moment,

frustrating at least, but the only things you can do at the moment, have patince, try to get thegame a few hours (sleep, work) and then most things should be back to normal.

If not, yes you can only call them.

I did call them..waiting for 20-30 mins in phone que...10 min phonecall and its sorted🙂 She even said..may the force be with you at the end..it was hillarious hehe! But yes...the help was spot on and all is well with my toon now🙂

hello i logged on today said i was moved to preferd player when i only subscribed the other day i would like this issue resloved as soon as possible will provide screen shots if needed and any other infomation that might be required
