Hi so i have gotten myself in a bit of a jam,i had the security code thing on my account but i changed phones and i no longer have access to the security code,how do i remove the security code to gain access to my account again?

Check you Mail Spam, unknown folder, if there is nothing then you will have to change your mail.
One option is if your Swtor and EA/ Origin Account are connected is changing the mail there, if that don't work you will have to Call CS.
