I messed up the fullscrean

I went to the settings in game and i set the game to full-screan (windowed).The screen was black so i pressed alt+f4 to close the game.Then i reopened and the game opened but it was stuck at the loading screen but it wasnt loading/PLS HELP.I tried it before but it worked .THIS TIME IT RUINED THE GAME!   ):
