I see the item in collections, can't transfer it to inventory

I bought an item from the cartel market and claimed it. It went into my inventory.It was a jetpack that required Speeder Piloting 1 and I have Speeder Piloting 3. I clicked and dragged it from my inventory to a side bar. It wouldn't let me click on it to use it though. I tried dragging it back into my inventory and it disappeared. I went to Collections expecting to see the button that said "transfer a copy into your inventory" but it said 'you already have this item'. I don't see it anywhere in my inventory though and have no way to find it. And once I do find it again, I can't figure out why it wouldn't let me click on it to use it. I have speeder piloting 3. Can anyone help?
