I see the item in collections, can't transfer it to inventory

I bought an item from the cartel market and claimed it. It went into my inventory.It was a jetpack that required Speeder Piloting 1 and I have Speeder Piloting 3. I clicked and dragged it from my inv...

Send an email from the email address on the swtor account , to support@swtor.com and detail what has occurred

You have gone into P for abilities and checked your speeders there ?

    Thanks had the same problem. But now I get rid of the old link in my action slots?

      @seker1947 

      with the tray unlocked (padlock will show as locked or unlocked) just drag the ability from the tray into the game area to remove the ability
