So I completed the Nar Shaddaa mission for Darth Zash and I had already done the Balmorra quest so I assumed I would get the nexy quest. But I didn't. Zash told me to go get the artifact from Balmorr...

Similar issue to me but with my Sith Marauder, he's missing his next quest on the class story line from Alderaan.
Lots of Class Missions are missing. Jedi Consular too. I have the Lord Vivicar Awaits quest missing. I died, so never got to complete it before the Update 4.0
