I think my missions are bugged.
So I completed the Nar Shaddaa mission for Darth Zash and I had already done the Balmorra quest so I assumed I would get the nexy quest. But I didn't. Zash told me to go get the artifact from Balmorr...

It's early access /expansion week some things are going to go awry... in 'many' of these cases people have done something to save themselves time ie Guild ship travel... Emergency Fleet Travel... and in so break the chains that were required for whatever quest/story arc that they were doing.
I am aware that as previously stated.. its Expansion week... sht breaks.. it is unreasonable to think otherwise or throw toys out of the cot when it does happen.
*I personally although having access to 'new' content have chosen not to move, in fact I have moved barely 2 feet since Tuesday.
Just to be clear, not throwing my toys out of the cot or anything here, this is not new content that is missing but existing content, Not sure about the OP but In my instance I'd finished off Alderaan and parked my character on Alderaan.
Upon logging in today I see that the next part of the class quest chain is just gone, The last time I had played this character I had the next part of the quest chain pointing me back to my ship's holoterminal. As a long time player of SWTOR and other MMO's I understand it's early access week but, please, snarky responses to a genuine issue/bug does nothing to resolve the issue and is non helpful and I am not even sure if your reply even fits with the issue myself and the OP are having. We are merely reporting the issue in the forums provided to us and hoping for a fix.
Basically I finished Balmorra moths ago. I logged in yesterday, finished getting the Nar Shaddaa artifact and then the Zash hologram tells me I need to get the Balmorra artifact, but there's no mission for it in my log. So I'm stuck.
You misunderstood my post, it happens...
That wasn't me being mean or snarky, just pointing out a fact.... 4.0a (last nights patch) stated that a few quests where your future companion was a 'guest' had an issue that they were trying to fix by correcting which version of the companion was given to you at that allotted time.. it is plausible that in doing so they have reset your quest entirely if you were mid way through it.
