Are you able to summon her if you go to the fleet? Some story chapters will lock you out of specific companions until you complete the story chapter and this may be the case here. Try going to the fleet and seeing if you can summon her.
Negatory. Cannot summon in fleet. But I agree, it must have something to do with the story chapters. Im gonna power through em so I can get her back.
