I've been trying to reinstall the game after having restarted my PC a while back, but I keep getting this Error (attached) whenever I try to install the game, I even deleted and reinstalled the launcher, twice.
With the launcher closed , try right mouse clicking on the taskbar and start task manager , end all bitraider processes.
Then right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location, delete the bitraider folder and start the launcher.

Tried that, same result
Apologies just realized your doing a re-install , make the changes as per this link and that error will be gone
This switches patch methods
