Only patches and any further expansions as they happen, normally most patches are small, nothing like the initial download.

I think the minimum download is around 6,666.6 MB because my download reached 800MB at 12%.

Around 20-40 GB and just a heads up, it could take days to download/install

I believe the minimum download is about 10-15% or 4-6 GB.

how do I do minimum download?  I am not given the option at all

If you have done a clean install using the setup from www.swtor.com/download the streaming launcher is default and should offer the minimum download.

If using the non streaming as per this link the entire game needs to be downloaded first.
