Is direct mail adress of swtor support responds to people?
Basically 2 days ago I send a mail to this adress regarding my subscription and still have not received a response.
I attached all of screenshots and my mail not exeed even 3mb.

swtor account / displayname ? can check they have the email , i gather it was sent using the email address you have used on the swtor account
Support have your email in the queue for an agent , just need to wait for their reply now
edit: gametime has been added , if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased when the gametime ends
