Issue with login into SWTOR.
One of my chars is located in her personal spaceship and has been before Kotfe prelaunch. When I tried to log in to that char I get stuck in the loading screen at the same spot everytime. I can also not log into any other chars since that char is (message) still logged in.
How can I resolve this issue - or can you?

If you don't have access to a phone, you should be able to call using skype on your computer.
I have the same problem. My trooper doesn't load. Her last location was her ship.
@collinc2343 is completely correct folks, as simple call and your good to go, the skype # is below.
That would be an issue you 'may' be able to fix via calling the call center.

*The team that handle the phones are really quick and helpful in these areas, whole thing should take you less then 5 minutes if you use Skype.
What's wrong with an ingame ticket?
I've had to make one since that since 4.0.1, my shipboard commandos cannot be logged into.
Besides which, it's an ingame issue, they don't deal with that kind of thing over the phone.
