Issue with EA acct preventing purchases until resolved

I came back to the game recently and after prompted with this error preventing me from subscribing, made the mistake of subbing through Steam which hasn't updated my subscription status. Looking at some of the other topics I understand due to my account age there's likely a migration issue preventing my sub status from being updated. I'll be unable to call support and sit on hold for the next few days, and it looks like I might have some better luck seeking some help through here.
