I resubscribed for 1 year on January 15, 2024. It's now January 20th. I believe that I've waited long enough for my subscription to be reactivated. Please activate it ASAP or kindly refund my money.

That is not true. I selected a 12 month package that was offered with a bonus of cartel coins. If you are not going to honor it then please issue a refund.

Additional Info: I looked and no longer see the 12 month package with cartel coins. In fact I no longer see a 12 month subscription option at all... I think at this point a refund would be the correct path forward and of course remove any cartel coins that you may have added to my account in the process.
