Issues trying to recover account

Hello, my display name is NightShadowSaint, I haven't played in about 7 years, and I was hoping to recover my account, since I made a lot of progress at the time, but I'm having trouble with the password recovery, since the last time, the security code was from the dedicated app. I managed to recover the EA account, but I'm having trouble recovering the star wars one, can someone from the support team please help?
