Jedi under Siege: Gnost Dural cutscene freeze

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What happens when the bug occurs? As a Sith Marauder fighting for the Empire, I defeat Jedi Master Gnost Dural in the Jedi Under Siege story chain, the cutscene plays, then freezes once it has completed. The cutscene fades to black with subtitles still on screen - then freezes. Alt-tab doesn't work, and I cant force close the program using the task manager as I am unable to see the thing itself. The story does not progress. I have also tried resetting my active phases and the mission itself without success. I would include screenshots but there wouldn't really be much to see - this isn't a graphical bug.
What do you expect to see? Another cutscene should play of the Warrior and Malgus exiting the temple into a starfighter attack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All that has to be done is to run through the event chain.

On this character, Jaesa is still a light side/ neutral force user as opposed to a Sith.
I've been told the issue may be that my computer is too old/slow to run this area - if so, if someone could direct me to someone who could advance me past this specific scene it would be much appreciated.
Expect to get cutscene freezes , especially in the newer content , the older content should be ok mostly
lower all gfx settings and it may progress ok
if you get stuck stuck email support@swtor.com and they can move you forward, or play that stcuk area on another computer
the reason for the cutscene freezes is the video card is below the minimum game requirements
your video card has Dedicated Memory: 32 MB the game requirement is now Dedicated Memory: 1024 MB
Edit - in your original post you mention Nvidia 5200M there is no sign of that video card in the attached dxdiag ?
