Knights of the fallen empire story won't start

Question

I make a new character, press start and get placed on the fleet instead of the story. I have no quest. I check the mailbox, my ship, all planets i can go to, everywhere, everything. And i have no clue what to do at all. I am desperate for a solution. Please help me. I spent over 4000 cartel coins which cost me a lot of money. I am begging you please help me.

Are you starting the mission from your ship or from the fleet?

That's what im trying to say. I don't have the mission. I don't know how to start it or where to start it.

You have to take the Mission at the Mission Terminal on your Ship.

Did you have active sub or had one since the start of KotFE?

Try the step in the known issues sticky (Link)

Starting Chapter 13 Drops character to Fleet - Right Mouse Click on the character portrait and select "reset all active phases"
