Knights of the fallen empire story won't start

I make a new character, press start and get placed on the fleet instead of the story. I have no quest. I check the mailbox, my ship, all planets i can go to, everywhere, everything. And i have no clu...

That's what im trying to say. I don't have the mission. I don't know how to start it or where to start it.

You have to take the Mission at the Mission Terminal on your Ship.

Did you have active sub or had one since the start of KotFE?
