KotFE Chapter IV - Unable to Launch (Spoiler Alert!)

Hello there,

I logged out for supper after seeing 3-5s of the Chapter IV cut-scene and when I came back to re-launch, I am receiving the attached error message regarding HK-55 being unavailable. He's not in my companions list and I have tried re-logging with no luck.

I had this problem, too.
I jumped back to my stronghold right after Chapter III but before starting IV.
Now it's telling me that I don't have the companion I need to.
Here's the workaround I discovered:
- Use your ship and travel to Zakuul
- You'll now have the option to reset the quest.
- Go back to your ship and the play button should function normally now.

Arggg 'Spoiler Alert'.... (Look Away)>>

They have purple buttons... I know a few folks that are going to blow their minds over Purple Buttons... Could have sworn I read something about Chapter 4 earlier.. but it has slipped me sorry....

Yeah! thank you so much for posting your work around. Being a player since launch you'd think I'd use my brains and remember that I have a ship that can cross the galaxy with one click! 🤭 LOL

Thanks for thinking when I was too in shock to do so myself. This worked perfectly. I don't know what I would have done if I had to wait for Tech Support to get back to me...
