KotFE Chapter IV both doors locked
After I found the drink water with Lana I had to speak to Koth who is in Gravestone. The mission gave me a quick travel who placed me outside right in front of the Gravestone. When I entered the Gravestone both of the doors on my sides were locked. The mission mark pointed me to Koth who was in a chamber inside the Gravestone, because I can't get through the doors I can't progress. I tried to relog, travel to fleet n back, travel to stronghold and back, manually travel to Zakuul with my ship and send Lana away. None of them worked. I already completed the chapters on 2 of my characters without having this problem.
Sometimes you have to right or left click to force the doors to open. If that doesn't work try to reset the mission, make sure your on in an instance first so the reset will light up. If it will not let you reset the mission or that doesn't work, you can try a repair:
Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner. If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pull down on the top right and select settings, then press repair.
Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher.
If that still doesn't work, submit an in-game ticket and they should be able to reset the doors to open them that way however that may take several days or longer for a response as they are overwhelmed with tickets.
