Lag Spike followed by Sound Crackle, can't play game.

For the past 2 weeks. I have been dealing with a constant, every 5 minute Lag spike, frame rate drops, followed by the sound slowly degrading into static where the all sounds become crackly and disto...

In order to help determine the cause of the issue I would go ahead and grab www.pingplotter.com and run this to the servers when playing and see what it graphs , this graph can be saved as a JPG and uploaded here or imgur and linked.

If you play on an East Coast server: 159.153.92.28
If you play on a West Coast server: 159.153.68.252
If you play on a European server: 159.153.72.252

Upload the graph so we can see what maybe causing the Lag and at what point.  This will help determine the issue.
