Latest update broke my story progression.

I was at the end of the story, awaiting this latest update, to finish the last Era, and after the update, it only shows a trailer button, and no launch button, yet says to click launch to continue. Launcher says everything is fine, and the repair button is greyed out, stating no repairs are needed.

How do I fix this, if the repair option is broken? Because clearly, everything is not working correctly.

I had to reset a mission I had from Manaan. After I reset it, and tried to just go do that mission, it took me into the latest chapter content. I don't know why or how, but I was able to complete the latest chapter.

Try opening the ERAS window (accessible from your top menu or mission log) and see if you can continue from there

That is where I always go to, when I start the next one. There is no launch button, only a trailer one, and the words saying "Click launch to continue", or something to that effect. It does have a small "play" button in front of it (like the universal play button on videos, ect., the right facing arrow), but there is no way to interact with it.

Subscriber ?

I have asked swtor support for confirmation the new content is only available to subscribers , like most new content released

response is likley in about 7 hrs

Yes, I am a subscriber. Might not be much longer, if they don't start fixing things though.

Support had a look and can see one lvl 80 character with the mission " into the shadows" which is the beginning of the 7.9 story line
it looks like only one character is on the inflection point.

If this doesn't help they have asked if you can create a ticket/ email mailto:[email protected] to have this looked into further,
