Launcher getting stuck on download of patch

Got home today and went to log in and the launcher of course started downloading the update or patch for today. for some reason it got stuck on 4 mb to go, i know i have room on my pc and i have already checked my internet and stuff.

Is anyone else having this problem and if so how did you get past it?

Also it isn't giving me the option to repair either.
