Launcher stuck at -100%

One place to check ,Press Windows key + R and type

services.msc

press enter and scroll down and ensure bitraider mini support service stub loader is started

Ok I did that, but now it has the error where it shows up in the task manager, but doesn't actually open.

try this  easiest way to find the bitraider folder , is right mouse click on the game shortcut and select open file location

What Antivirus is used ? The current version of Zone Alarm for example is known to stop the launcher appearing

Try the repair utility here

I have no special Antivirus programs on my computer, only the default windows defender, nothing more.

Tried running the launcher repaire unit, but to no avail... What next?

Ok now it is saying that the file is corrupted or unreadable, I think it may be due to the repair unit...

What file is saying corrupted ? was this the launcher repair utility ?

in the game folder is a log folder can you attach the latest log

This is the latest one... When I open the launcher it says that but it has only started saying that after I ran the repair utility...

That log also appears to be corrupted it should be plain text like mine attached, yours just has ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ

delete that log file and let a new one create see if it is ok.

Have you ran a chkdsk c: /f   (presumed game is on C drive) to check the file system.
