Yes, killing the bitraider processes and restarting the SWTOR launcher appears to have resolved it for me. It's now slowly crawling towards 100%, but there's at least progress!
I'm going to leave it on over the night, and check back tomorrow.

i have a problem with my laucnher i update 100% and press start and do nothing , i restart my pc and nothing

It would be great if you could also attached your Bitraider log, the swtor_swtor.txt file, by default located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\bitraider\logs
@Pogonicii You could also double check that your swtor.exe is correctly whitelisted in your antivirus program, as explained here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/STAR-WARS-The-Old-Republic/INFO-Common-Issues-and-Solutions/m-p/4832464/highlight/true#M9
