Launcher stuck on initializing
For the past month the game has been stuck when initializing no matter what I do... Ive tried all the help options available and still cant get it to work... I subscribed a month ago as well so I fee...

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a persisting issue I have been facing with the game launcher for the past month. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to troubleshoot using the available help options, the problem persists, rendering the game unplayable.
I subscribed to the game a month ago, and it's disheartening to experience technical difficulties for half of my subscription time. I feel disappointed and somewhat ripped off, considering the $30 investment.
The launcher seems to function only temporarily after a new update. However, once I exit the game, it reverts to the initialization issue. I have exhausted all available troubleshooting steps without success.
At this point, I am left with no choice but to request a refund for my subscription. Alternatively, if there is a solution to the launcher issue, I would be more than willing to explore that option.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

not sure what you mean by initialisation issue, most launcher issues stem from the antivirus, if you have removed and re-added exceptions to both the antivirus and firewall maybe best to try installing via steam
