Launcher won't download game update
After I patch the launcher I get the following screen. Says update is complete but it does not start downloading the game and the play button remains greyed out.
Go into Window Services and ensure the BitRaider Mini-Support Service Stub Loader is enabled and running
Symptom of it not enabled is 100% complete and no play button as seen in your photo
