Legacy Name Problem

Firstly, I apologise if the problem has already been raised before, my search function right now seems to keep coming up with an error!
Basically i've been playing for a long time on the English PVP server, I had created my Legacy name during early access when the game was launched. (The Angel Legacy)
Last week I decided I wanted to play on a PVE server instead so I began moving my characters across, however upon getting there and attempting to create my Legacy under the same name, it says it's invalid.
I have created a ticket but I understand it's likely I won't get a response any time soon, so figured I would ask here!
Is 'Angel' going to be considered invalid because of religious connotations or something like that? Would be a shame if I can't recreate the same legacy i've had for a while, but if the naming rules were revised then I guess it's only fair - though I don't see why I wasn't asked to rename the Legacy on the PVP server.
If i create a new legacy under an entirely new name, I assume if they've made a mistake they'll be able to change it for me right? No legacy has kind of dwindled my current play time heh.

Actually, legacy names are not unique; multiple players can have the same legacy name so that's not the problem.
Like you assume, @Ela_fett, it has to do with the name being banned. They don't touch existing names (unless they get reported) but they don't allow you to create a new name. And since you can't transfer your legacy name but have to pick a name again, you have no choice but to pick a different legacy name for this server name.
Also, keep in mind that slight changes like "Ángel" or "Engel" may count as rules evasion that can get you banned so you have to pick an entirely different name now, unfortunately.
