Level 60 Character Boost Token not refundable while within refunding eligibility

Just to be certain, What do you consider eligibility ?
- You must not complete any mission, including crafting, Crew Skills, space, or Companion missions or take part in Flashpoints, Operations or Warzones on an Outlander character if you want to have your token refunded when you delete that character.
