Level 60 Token not refunded
I made a level 60 character and I deleted the character without going past level 61 or gaining any XP at all but I didn't get any token back for it.

Sometimes, you have to wait a few minutes until your token is refunded. But if you still haven't gotten it back, you have to contact Customer Service so that they can restore it for you.
Create an in-game ticket and make sure to use a category like Character/Account (not the Bug Reports category), and include details like the character name you detailed and the server name. Also keep in mind that the ticket response time is currently 2-3 weeks so you have to be patient.
