Can't access my old account
Hello everyone ! After a very long break, I decided to come back to the game. Unfortunately I no longer have access to my account because I forgot my password and I no longer have access to my old phone with the SWTOR key authenticator.
It is therefore impossible for me to reset my password which requires access to the authenticator. So I find myself stuck and I can't find a solution to this problem. Is there a way to contact support other than the numbers shown on the page: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/swtor-support/

Après un une très longue pause, j'ai décidé de revenir sur le jeu.
Malheureusement je n'ai plus accès à mon compte car j'ai oublié mon mot de passe et je n'ai plus accès à mon ancien téléphone avec le key authentificator SWTOR. Il m'est donc impossible de réinitialiser mon mot de passe qui nécessite l'accès à l'authentificator.
Du coup je me retrouve bloqué et je n'arrive pas à trouver de solution à ce problème.
