I guess I'm just asking if there is any other way to get customer support's attention since the only thing that has ever worked is bumping my character past the cut scene. They have done it 5 times before but this time they are ignoring my emails. Clearly my system will not run this ONE cut scene and Bio will not change anything so I just need the character bumped past the block.
Your system doesnt meet the minimum game requirements to even play this is why you have issues , i can make some inquiries to see if they are willing to keep bumping you past everytime you encounter an issue ...

Changing the compatibility to XP service pack 3 not only let me get through that cut scene but fixed the flickering twitching background on Ossus.
