Lieutenant Quinn Cutscene bug

Question

I'm playing the Sith Warrior and at the fist story quest on Balmorra. Whenever i have a conversation with Lieutenant Quinn everything works but as soon as Darth Baras stars talking the cutscene freezes and I am stuck. I tried everything-closing game, go on different planets and go back, low graphics but it always stops the cutscene at the exact same moment.

this can occur on systems that do not meet the minimum game requirements&nbsp;

if you have tried everything, and cant do this bit on another computer that meets the game requirements, email support@swtor.com from the email address on the swtor account and ask for that convo to be moved forward
