Lifetime Sub - Gone

So as i worked for BioWare/EA for 5 years (and was there for the launch of SWtOR) when I left I had a "lifetime subscription" to the game

Haven't logged in in years, but got access again today to discover my subscription is gone!!!

I guess lifetime isn't lifetime anymore :D

I don't suppose anyone in here can look into that for me?
