loading screen stuck
hi
both me and my wife play daily like every day we wanted to play now and all the sudden we both can't get passed the loading screen before server selection anymore anyone have idea whats going wrong ?

This issue is being investigated, also some reports started on the day before the patch released
updates will be provided in this thread as they become known- @proxos666 I am also experiencing issues on the launcher page, download has been stuck for over an hour. Tried all the usual fixes, even deleted several other games in case it was a space issue, but still it is totally stuck. It was working just fine yesterday. Is there an ETA on when this major bug will be fixed?
not even sure of the cause at moment, waiting on feedback when swtor are back online for the day in about 9hrs time
same freezing at loading screen. tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling direct launcher.
Day 3 of freezing on the loading screen. I'm starting to get pissed and rethink playing at all if this continues. They broke something major for those of us affected and I would like to see SOME kind of progress, or am I going to lose the rest of Season 5 and the Life Day event as well?
- @proxos666 the same thing has been happening to me since I updated the game version, having previously experienced problems with SWTOR imagine the worst, but apparently the same thing is happening to everyone. Hoping to play swtor before Christmas, it would be great. Two different pc's and the same thing happens SOS

if still with this issue can you go to
Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time
Copy the following in to the text box and press ok
%localappdata%\swtor\swtor\settings
initially just delete the client_settings.ini file
it appears this is a gfx setting issue by the looks- @proxos666 i did that but doesn't seems work , it seems swtor requirement for play now need really a good gpu and just like warframe to become unplayable , 7.3 was playable.
can you provide the dxdiag as requested in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/SWTOR-7-4a-Freezed-Loading-in-first-loading/m-p/13288274#M106196 , the contents of the client_setting file would help too
