Locked at level 65 99%

Hello, I dont know why but im locked at level 65 for only 1 exp point ? Is it because im not  a subscriber ? I use to had a sub' in past so is it normal ? Thx guy's for the help. Martinouze from...

Yes, that's because you are preferred at the moment.

Buy one month Sub time and you can get to lvl 70.
