Locked out of SWTOR account - Not recieving one time password

I am trying to get back into SWTOR after a couple years but upon signing in I am asked for a onetime password, but it never arrives at my email - I have looked at all three of which could be the emai...

    If you've made sure no-reply @ bioware.swtor.com (without space) is on your safe-senders list and the One Time Passwords aren't arriving within 15 minutes, you can try this and contact support.

Have you cheked your spam folder?
Maybe that will help you.

it is not in the spam folder, and I did not do that intentionally sorry, it must have been lag.
