Log in assistance

I'm stuck in a catch-22. I need to reset my password but can't because I previously organised the security key through the official app, which I no longer have because of phone issues and it was wiped. Which means I can't deactivate the security key or re-download it and link it to my account because I need to reset the password...

Tangentially, is there no easy way to actually contact a customer service/support person?

if you dont know the password to remove the security key

you need to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can remove the key manually to allow you to reset the password
