Tokov's situation: I come home from work, log into the game, and then I see (Login failed due to account being suspended.what to do without a clue and I did not break the rules !
if the suspension was billing based (could be suspended if they think the account was hacked) then the suspension may be lifted by calling swtor support
If the suspension was TOS based then you need to email swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com
