Login failed due to Security Key
Dear EA/Bioware,
I have tried multiple times to log into the game Star Wars: The Old Republic. I am unable to do so due to the login not accepting my security key number that I input into the Security Key field.
I can't login to the website either. I have the physical security key version not the app version. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You can try to remove and then re-add the same key again per the instructions to see if it resolves the issue.
Also the physical keys haven't been produced in 5 or 6 years so a possibility is that your physical key battery is dying and is causing it to not sync properly.
I would try to remove and then re-add the key per the article linked and see if it resolves the issue. If it doesn't or you cannot add it back,it may be a battery issue and you would need to switch to the app since the physical key battery cannot be replaced.
