"Login Failed" on SWTOR.com, can't login

I can't log in to SWTOR.com. I just get a "login failed" error. This started with me not being able to subscribe or buy cartel coins with an error that something was wrong with my account.

So I changed my EA and SWTOR passwords and then the "login failed" error happened. I have reset both my EA and SWTOR passwords again and still getting "login failed".

I can still log in the game and play just fine and subscribe(only on steam), but can't login to the website.

    Checked your account 

    Your account has been sent to studio for fixing, they should email when it is fixed

    to subscribe for now as a workaround, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

    as to logging in issue, try removing the security key by leaving the field blank on the website on the web browser and follow the directions to remove it http://help.ea.com/en/article/swtor-security-key-faqs/ 

    see if that resolves the login on the website issue

    My account still isn't fixed, is this going to be a very long process? No email from support, either.
