So, hi. The problem is that I try to go to the site swtor.com using my username and password, but the system responds LOGIN FAILED, although I go to the game itself through the launcher using the same username and password. The subscription will end soon, and there is no way to go to the site and renew it. Advise me what to do. Thank you in advance.

Can you double check the username in the launcher is exactly the same username in the web browser
what is the swtor username ?
few things do you have a security key on the account ?
is the password super long like over 10 - 12 characters ?
I have flagged for support to see if any issues with account, i am not sure if they are online here today will know in an hour though
Support suggested a password reset https://account.swtor.com/user/password/recover
they can see you tried to login but was unsuccessful it doesnt show why though, support have been able to login on that account ok
if a password reset doesnt help let me know what antivirus you are using
